A week in to 2020 and I am finally getting around to writing my first blog post of the new Decade.
I already have so many plans and have managed to jot down ideas for Our Untold Story as well as Film Projects I plan to develop and Produce. Over the last 2 days I have written my first film synopsis of the year, a concept I have had bouncing around in my head since I was at Prague Film School just over 2 years ago. It feels good to finally get something down on paper, it makes the whole process seem more real and tangible.
2019 for me felt rather stagnant creatively. Even though looking back it was in fact one of my most successful years career wise, I felt as though I was not creating, which is true. 2019 was focused more on working on other peoples projects, booking major TV roles and focusing heavily on my own personal relationships and self development.
It is interesting to think that I recently moved back to the UK, exactly 10 years after I left to do my Military Service.
Prior to 2010 I was heavily into drugs of all varieties and was in a pretty bad way having to spend time in hospital and a whole array of bad choices and consequences.
So when the letter came that I had to go to Sweden to do my Service I was more than happy to use the opportunity as a chance to grow, mature and find my path in life.
That is exactly what the past decade has been for me.
Looking back I can map out my journey of self discovery in finding trust and love for myself and who I truly am.

This is one of my favourite quotes, and I find it to be so true.
Since 2010 I have:
Done my Military Service - Worked in Investment banking - Started my band, Our Untold Story where I have released 3 EPs and a full length album which I released on my own music label XJT Music where I have also released the music of several others, toured all over the place, made friends for life, made music videos which led to me starting my acting career and founding Cuprite Productions with which I have produced and released a multitude of short films and co produced a feature film (Sargad), I have managed and worked with a whole array of amazing talented bands, artists and creatives - some of which I still work with today. - I have attended Theatre school, Film School and am now on my final semester of my Music Business Degree. I have also worked and trained with some of the top acting coaches in the world and had the amazing opportunity to act alongside some top A-list actors under some amazing Directors. I have expanded my team, auditioned for some amazing roles as an actor and founded The Global Acting Studio.
A few relationships have come and gone over the years with some of my best friendships being made, I experienced my first family death and had several new family members have been added.
I have traveled all over the world, met amazing people, had incredibly experiences and lived in 4 countries...
And to top it all off I found the Love of my Life with whom I plan on spending the next decade building up our careers together with and many more decades to come after that.
Obviously this is a very quick, rough and broad overview and their are so many details and other things that have happened. But this primarily is a little insight into my own personal reflection which I decided to share with you all.
Perhaps in the hope of inspiring others into seeing the potential of long term goals and what can be achieved with perseverance, dedication and time.
